My goal as a therapist is to not only increase your insight about yourself and patterns that are keeping you stuck, but to also give you practical actions to take that will move you in the right direction. I have been providing therapy to individual adults and adolescents, as well as couples and families for over 25 years. I work with a broad range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues and utilize the most effective research-based techniques and strategies so my clients start to see improvement and changes as quickly as possible.
